How You’ll Make An Impact

- Conduct electrical tests including winding resistance, turns ratio, excitation, power factor, and losses.

- Create clear and accurate test plans with the support of engineers and the test team.

- Compile transformer test data and produce structured technical reports.

- Perform low‑power, high‑power, and high‑voltage testing in a safe and controlled environment.

- Analyze engineering data and documentation to support product quality.

- Collaborate with engineering groups to evaluate criteria and recommend improvements.

- Investigate technical issues and contribute to corrective actions.

- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technologist with 2+ years of experience.

- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, and NEMA.

- Experience using Microsoft Office and preparing technical reports.

- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and problem‑solving skills.

- Background in transformers or high‑voltage systems is an asset.

- Ability to archive and manage test data using software and server tools.
