- Make an Impact: Design and develop battery and charger control systems. Your ideas will directly shape the future of mining technology, and you'll see the results of your work in action.

- Test & Innovate: Lead the testing and integration of battery control systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Tinker, test, and refine until we get it just right.

- Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with engineers from diverse disciplines—electric, mechanical, software, and more—to integrate and optimize electrical systems for mining applications. No silos here—we’re all in this together.

- Shape the Future: Play a key role in shaping next-gen technologies, including integrating battery systems, high-voltage components, and charging infrastructure that power sustainable mining solutions.

What You Bring (and Why You’re Perfect for Us)

- Experience: 3+ years of experience designing electrical systems, ideally for battery systems in automotive or heavy equipment. Experience with high-voltage systems and thermal management is essential.

- Skills: Expertise in harness design, control systems, and sensor integration. Proficient in CAD tools (e.g., E3, SolidWorks) and simulation software (e.g., Simulink, Python).

- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

- Passion: Eager to learn and excited about the future of battery technology, especially lithium-ion, solid-state, and mining industry applications. Always curious and motivated to stay ahead of the curve.
