Dunkin is looking for a reliable 3rd Shift Baker to prepare fresh donuts and baked goods overnight so our guests can start their day with the quality they expect. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, follows routines well, and takes pride in consistent, high-quality work.
The ideal candidate needs to be dependable, comfortable with overnight hours, and able to work efficiently. Prior baking or food service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Bakers are responsible for proofing, baking, frosting, filling, and finalizing baked good items.
- Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
- Follow food safety standards
- Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Clean equipment and guest areas
- Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
- Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment

- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
