- Respectful Homeowner Engagement:
Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods, engaging homeowners in professional, informative conversations about the benefits of solar energy.
- Use a consultative approach
that prioritizes listening, understanding, and guiding homeowners toward solutions that meet their needs.
- Reflect company values:
Ensure every interaction reflects Sun Kissed Energy’s values of respect, integrity, and professionalism.
- Leave a lasting impression:
Build trust and leave homeowners with a positive, confidence-inspiring experience of our brand.
- Accurate Data Collection:
Collect and record essential household and property information with precision, ensuring all details are reliable, complete, and ready for sales team follow-up.
- Qualified Lead Generation:
Consistently achieve a minimum of
40 qualified leads per week
by gathering and submitting verified information.
- Outreach Targets:
Knock a minimum of
200 doors per week
to generate sufficient homeowner engagement and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
- Brand Representation:
Represent Sun Kissed Energy with professionalism, ethics, and morality, ensuring the company’s values are reflected in every interaction. Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, building confidence in our brand and solutions.
- Reporting & Accountability:
Maintain accurate, organized daily records of canvassing activity, doors knocked, and leads submitted to support tracking and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills combined with sales knowledge to confidently engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our services in a clear and approachable way.
- A respectful, ethical, and community-minded approach, guided by professionalism and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data collection.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting targets.
- Flexible availability, with canvassing required most evenings and weekends if weekly targets are not met.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Previous canvassing, door-to-door, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
