Lead Setter - Door to Door

- Must have an energetic presence while prospecting door to door

- Must be able to build rapport with clients

- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to work in a team environment

- Must be dependable and have patience

- Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday, or Wednesday-Sunday 10am-7pm (flexible schedule)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Generating sales leads via Door to Door

- Prospecting new clients for new business opportunities

- Communicating with clients in a persuasive manner face to face

- Providing excellent customer service

- Other duties as assigned

Compensation: Hourly plus commission Hourly Pay: $17.00-$20.00 depending on experience Average Commission : $500.00-$1000.00+ per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
