- 2+ years of experience in home services (electric, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, etc.)
- Ability to read a map
- Thorough knowledge of the service area
- Experience using Service Titan (preferred)
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In this dispatching role, you will work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday shifts in the future.
As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include scheduling inbound service requests and responding to them promptly. You will also reach out to current customer members to arrange necessary services. Additionally, you may take on extra duties such as obtaining permits and coordinating installations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers.
