We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Hatboro, PA location. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

- Answer and handle customer, driver, and hauler calls professionally
- Process and schedule orders in the dispatch system
- Manage driver relationships, paperwork, and order processing
- Work with customers to adjust truck demand for proper delivery rates
- Make outbound calls for next-day scheduling and orders as needed
- Communicate with maintenance shops, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Excellent phone voice, articulate, clear and concise.
- Strong knowledge of the local/surrounding area
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound judgment calls under pressure
- Ability to read and understand maps
- English required; Spanish a plus
- Customer contact may involve stressful situations
- Frequent text and phone communication required
- Long hours may be necessary depending on business needs
- Early morning start times may be required (seasonal/weather related)
