Job Summary

In need of a top performing Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher for busy oil company.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist customers with daily account concerns, and also assist our technicians and .

Responsibilities

- Routing and printing next day’s routes.

- Pulling back stops that can be held at end of day if a driver is running late & reassign for another day. Speak with drivers before they head in

- Provides customer service to both cod and full-service customers including all aspects of billing, placing delivery orders and service calls.

- Assists drivers/technicians with various issues during the day.

Office Hours:

Mon- Fri

9-5:30 from 5/1-9/30

12-8:30 from 10/1-4/30

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
