What We Need

 a skilled and organized Dispatcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. As a vital part of our team, you willÂ

be responsible for

 coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and providing exceptional customer service

- Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects

- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and location

- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

- Coordinate with theÂ

allocate

 resources for emergency calls

- Monitor

 field technicians' progress and adjust schedules as needed

- Maintain

accurate

 records of service calls and technician activities

- Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Familiarity with scheduling software or dispatching systems (experience withÂ

ServiceTitan

 is a plus)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and relay information

Available Schedules

- Thursday - Sunday, 7am-6pm

- Friday - Monday, 7am-6pm

- Saturday - Tuesday, 7am-6pm
