Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Sales & Marketing, the Director will lead and oversee the Commercial Rep Network strategy, which serves the NA market in HVAC and DHW systems. This includes strategic sales leadership in support of key company initiatives and sales team effectiveness in obtaining sales and profitability goals. This role requires excellent leadership, providing coaching and mentorship to a team of sales professionals. This position will ensure our customers experience world-class performance in sales, service, new product introductions and product technology. This includes maintaining positive relationships with our customer partners, appropriate industry associations and WaterFurnace associates. This is a significant leadership role serving a major initiative to continue market growth for WaterFurnace. This individual will also drive our strategic initiatives into new markets through organic or acquisition growth. This role is a key member of the Commercial Business Strategy Team.
