Duties

Engage with customers through various channels, including door-to-door sales and online platforms.

Present and promote our products effectively to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.

Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while adhering to company policies.

•

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

•

Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

•

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.

•

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.

•

Ability to negotiate effectively and demonstrate leadership qualities in a team setting.

•

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.

•

Experience in solar sales or energy sales is a plus but not mandatory.

•
