JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Director of District Services involves overseeing and managing various aspects related to new and existing districts and client relations and will report directly to the Vice President of District Services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead new business development activities and contract negotiations, as well as securing renewals and scope expansion.
- Formulate and implement project goals, strategies, and SOPS.
- Manage team related to hiring, on-boarding, performance management, utilization, training, development, salary, promotions, transfers and terminations. Coach individual and team performance and improvement.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and manage client communications.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client relations strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with boards, developers and vendor partners in the industry.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the company, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Respond to client and vendor concerns as needed within 24 business hours.
- Develop and maintain documentation, tutorials, and educational materials for boards and company staff.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of district services.
- Provide leadership and developmental coaching to enhance teams’ professional development.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience: Bachelor degree and/or 7-10 years related industry experience. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.
Technical: Knowledge of government accounting, assessment methodologies and familiarity with industry best practices. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Ability to interpret analytical results.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 15 lbs.
