We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Director of Business Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape sprinkler and drainage systems, with experience in Accounting, Human Resources, and Call center operations. Skills
•Experience within the landscape irrigation industry preferred
•Accounts Receivable experience preferred
•Human Resource staffing and recruiting experience including: new employee onboarding and processing, employee termination process and Texas Workforce Commission procedures.
•Residential service management experience with scheduling and customers contact
•Call center dispatching and scheduling with use of the field service platform Service Titan
•Use of Microsoft office including outlook, word, and excel.
•Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
•Very strong work ethic and self motivate
Responsibilities
•Daily, weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable collections and audit procedures
•Onboarding and termination of employees with use of ADP HR and Payroll software
•Tracking, operating and resolving employee Texas Workforce Commission cases
•Daily dispatch coordinating for Field Managers, Service Foreman and Service Technicians
•Managing daily operations of schedule and dispatch board to make reschedules, cancellations and follow-ups
•Manage staff Customer Service Representative
•Create, update and contact customer regarding service agreements
•Schedule and track various building and installation permits and dig test
•Assist Service Director with daily operation of Service Department as needed
