The Director, Human Resources Delivery will lead and foster a positive and progressive employee program delivery and employee relations culture that aligns with ENMAX’s strategic vision. This role provides vision, direction, and strategic oversight, in the areas of Labour & Employee Relations, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
Major Responsibilities:* Foster the relationship with our union partners and lead the collective bargaining process, arbitrations, escalated human rights cases, respectful workplace matters, and union affiliated committees, while coaching and mentoring on labour relations acumen across the business and within the People and Culture team
Education:* Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Qualifications and Experience:* Minimum 10 years of related experience
Competencies:* A natural relationship builder who can lead, mentor, and engage others while partnering effectively across the organization

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
