Job Summary:The Director Continuous Improvement is an experienced professional change agent responsible for the development and implementation of a multi-year continuous improvement program for maintenance operations and coordination of all activities associated with deployment and execution. This position oversees the implementation and promotion of best practices and standards, while also managing resources for the organization's continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing process improvements, participating in planning and strategy sessions, and guiding teams to make informed decisions among various options for advancing continuous improvement projects. Additionally, this position will act as a liaison for teams to ensure alignment and synergy across initiatives. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels is essential to keep projects aligned with organizational goals, and this position will conduct quality control throughout project development to uphold expected standards.
The Director Continuous Improvement will be analytical, data driven, results and process driven by nature, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for monitoring and improving the maintenance processes making them as efficient as possible.

Annual Salary Range: 148,500-189,750
