What To Expect

Generac Clean Energy Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Senior Director of Manufacturing and Design to lead DFM for Power Electronics, Battery Cabinets, and new product assemblies for clean energy solutions. You will be leading a team of 20+ manufacturing and manufacturing test engineers to support the development of test and production equipment for Generac’s next-generation renewable energy products. You will be working cross functionally with product design engineering, supply chain, test engineering, product management, and contract manufacturers across North America.

You will be based out of Reno, NV but you will need to travel to other engineering sites as needed: Boston, Maine, and California.
