Are you passionate about building world-class quality systems? Our company seeks a dynamic Quality Director to champion our commitment to product excellence across all manufacturing sites. You'll spearhead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of integrity and functionality.

What You'll Do:

•

Architect & Drive Quality: Develop and embed robust quality standards, testing processes, and strategic evaluations.

•

Collaborate & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams to instill a proactive quality culture and swiftly resolve challenges.

•

Ensure Compliance & Satisfaction: Guarantee alignment with industry standards (ISO/ANSI preferred) and exceed customer expectations.

•

Lead & Develop: Mentor teams, report key quality insights to leadership, and drive operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

•

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Industrial, Scientific, or Business; Master's a plus).

•

5-10 years of proven Quality Management/Director experience in manufacturing.

•

Deep knowledge of QMS, quality control methodologies (including PPAP, FAI).

•

Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

•

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

•

(Preferred) Familiarity with Private Equity environments.

The Environment:

•

Be ready to be hands-on in our dynamic (non-climate controlled) production environment, requiring significant walking/standing, climbing stairs/ladders, and occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs).

•

Requires up to 20% travel between company locations.
