Job Overview
We’re launching a community-driven initiative to introduce young adults and working people to machining and CNC programming—and to help them decide if this trade is the right path for them.
You’ll lead our digital presence by producing YouTube content from real, hands-on classes and managing social media outreach (Facebook, X/Twitter, and others). This isn’t influencer fluff—this is about showing the real work, real skills, and real opportunities in modern manufacturing.
- Film, edit, and publish YouTube content from live classes and shop demos
- Manage and grow social media channels to reach aspiring machinists
- Help turn Wednesday night classes (6–9 PM) into a growing online movement
- Work directly with experienced machinists, CNC programmers, and industry professionals
- Track engagement, viewers, and community growth
The mission matters:
Our goal is simple and serious:
- Help people see if machining or CNC programming is a good career path
- Build strong families through skilled, stable careers
- Support American manufacturing so our soldiers come home safe
This project is about skills that matter, parts that matter, and work that protects lives. If this grows the way we expect, it has the potential to reach thousands, not dozens.
- Starting at $25/hour (part-time)
- Performance-based raises tied to measurable milestones (subscribers, views, community engagement, class participation)
- Clear path to higher pay as the platform grows
- Strong video production and editing skills
- Comfortable running and growing social media accounts
- Self-motivated and organized
- Interested in trades, manufacturing, or workforce development
- Wants to be part of something that actually makes an impact
If you want to help build the next generation of machinists—and be part of something that can grow huge—we want to talk.
