Key Accountabilities

Website Administration:

+ Coordinate changes to internal and external websites, including content updates. + Provide reporting on website performance using Google Analytics. + Ensure website content adheres to legal and brand standards. + Coordinate creative assets to support content updates.

•

Social Media Support:

+ Maintain social content (i.e. YouTube, Twitter, Facebook) within websites. + Oversee social media customer outreach + Provide analytics and reporting. + Facilitate the social media efforts in partnership with Social Media Specialist.

+ Assistance with email/SMS marketing campaign setup and administration, ensuring effectiveness, and performance reporting. + Maintaining email and CRM best practices while working with our marketing tools. + Assist in optimizing existing email marketing opportunities and assist in creating new ones. + Provide email/SMS analytics and reporting.
