As a Communications Manager
Under the supervision of the Senior Communications Manager, you will support communications and brand strategies to effectively tell MCE’s story in a way that is accessible to diverse audiences. You are responsible for meeting agency communication goals through public relations efforts, content development, and strong relationships with media outlets. You will manage MCE’s communications strategy, including media relations, blogs, social media, awards, and sponsorships.
You will work closely with MCE staff, marketing and communication consultants, community partners, and third-party program vendors to implement effective communication strategies to amplify the agency’s story. This role is deeply collaborative, working across the Public Affairs department and MCE to accomplish goals and objectives, making you an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities: Communications Manager

Competitive compensation package offered, based on candidate experience along with generous benefits and perks, including fully paid premiums for health insurance, parental leave, dependent care subsidies, student loan repayment, and employee wellness program.
Starting Salary Range:
$128,258-$167,804
