The BrandCom Project Manager is a skilled and agile project management professional positioned within SEPA’s Project & Process Management department and dedicated to supporting the Brand Strategy and Digital Communications (BrandCom) team. This role plays a key part in streamlining project coordination across departments through SEPA’s Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring BrandCom’s contributions align with broader organizational timelines and goals.
This individual excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously—assessing resource needs, estimating project timelines, and understanding staff capacity. They are collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. The BrandCom Project Manager coordinates team activities in Monday.com, SEPA’s work management tool, applying best practices to manage internal timelines, create project boards, assign tasks, and ensure requests from other departments are handled efficiently and transparently.
