Job Description

Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Design, develop and installs advanced software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.

What You'll Do:

- Participate in analysis sessions and support data analysts to document data mapping and ETL requirements.

- Lead the Design, Development, and Implementation of data models, ETL solutions to integrate functional data into Process Intelligence and Mining tool, Celonis.

- Ensure connections to source systems via JDBC and Kafka are reliable and secure.

- Maintain and provide operational support to Celonis production platform.

- Govern access rights for the Celonis processes.

- Optimize Celonis data models, ETL processes for performance and scalability.

- Design, Develop, implement audit processes to ensure data integrity from application platforms to Celonis.

- Provide ongoing support to business and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement in the areas of Process Intelligence and Automation.

- Facilitate and lead the establishment of governance and best practices in the Process Intelligence and Automation space.

- Assist management with setting strategic, tactical goals for the team and plans to execute them.

- Experience with Agile Scrum Framework, Kanban.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.

Experience: 7 years relevant work experience is required.

An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills are a MUST.

- Proven experience with data analysis, modeling, building ETL solutions, Celonis process mining tools.

- Solid analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset.

Preferred Skill:

- Experience with Celonis HIGHLY PERFERRED.

- Celonis certification will be a plus.

- Experience with KAFKA desirable.

- Knowledge of Python and other programming languages for automation.

- Solid understanding of ERP systems (Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and related databases
