We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Customer Success Specialist
to join our fast-moving team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys staying organized, helping people feel supported, and creating smooth experiences in dynamic environments.
You’ll guide new gig workers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand each step, submit required documentation, and feel confident and informed. You’ll act as the bridge between our Recruiting and IT teams, making sure every person is ready to move into execution without delay or confusion.
