Responsibilities:

•

Primary point of contact for customers though the life cycle of their project

•

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

•

Provide ongoing project updates and support to customers

•

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and manage reputation-related feedback

•

Use CRM software (preferably Lead Perfection) to track customer progress

•

Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks

•

Solve issues proactively and follow up to ensure successful resolutions

•

Collect customer reviews to support reputation management

Qualifications:

•

A positive, upbeat attitude and love for helping people

•

Prior experience in windows, doors, construction, or related trades is strongly preferred.

•

Keen attention to detail

•

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

•

Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

•

Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms (Lead Perfection experience a big plus)

•

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with multiple departments

•

Bilingual is a plus but not required
