About the Role:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling:

✅ Incoming phone calls and scheduling

✅ Website inquiries and submissions

✅ Customer email correspondence

Your goal will be to provide top-tier customer service, ensuring a smooth experience for homeowners looking for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and storm damage solutions. You will offer friendly, professional service and guide the customer through the scheduling process. Your role is essential in maintaining a positive customer experience by managing appointments, answering questions, and providing general office support.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role (preferred)

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills

✔ Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

✔ Comfortable with technology, office software, scheduling tools, and CRM systems
