- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service and data entry experience
- Experience within manufacturing or construction industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills – good listener/communicator and problem solver
- Advanced skills with MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Two or more years of experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or other ERP system required
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills, with Spanish or French preferred
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Must have strong attention to detail

- Responsible for efficient and accurate data entry processing of customer orders through JD Edwards (JDE) order management systems, MS Word and MS Excel, including entering sales orders and work orders, handling invoices, processing credit card purchases for orders, preparing orders for shipping, and data entry updates in various applications
- Responsible for servicing customer calls to provide efficient and effective resolution of customer issues or inquiries, including processing credit requests, resolving shipping errors, providing proof of deliveries and assisting in managing A/R cash collection for the business unit
- Enter transactions and processes into JDE standard order entry, work order processing, purchase order receipt processing, credit card order processing, review and receive purchase order, and file
- Perform various JDE related functions, such as material master, order status, document flow, work order maintenance and check orders for incomplete
- Generate various reports from JDE, such as stock report, purchase order report, reorder reports, and negative inventory report. Print reports and match to current period invoicing
- Provide backup support for receptionist, procurement and inventory control functions when needed
