- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Enter and manage orders in ERP/CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide updates on orders, pricing, shipping, and lead times.
- Support sales with reports, price lists, and customer communications.
- Build strong customer relationships and help improve processes.
- 2–3 years customer service experience (non–call center); degree preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint a plus).
