- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and communication efficiently.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for data entry tasks.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
- Experience in sales or customer support roles is advantageous.
