Job Summary:

As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will manage and support a team of customer service representatives. Your goal will be to maintain high service standards, handle escalated customer issues, and continuously improve our customer support processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and taken care of.
