We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and confident individual to run the front line of our operation.
This role isn't for someone who just answers phones — you are the quarterback that keeps projects moving, techs in the right place, and customers feeling like they’re in good hands.
You’ll be handling a little bit of everything:
•Customer Service: Be the first friendly voice customers hear. Manage inbound calls, service requests, follow-ups, and basic troubleshooting questions.
•Dispatch & Scheduling: Keep the calendar tight — booking service calls, projects, and tech schedules based on skill, location, and urgency.
•Office Coordination: Manage the flow of information between field and office, help with project paperwork, material orders, and job updates.
•Support Management: Assist with billing updates, proposal follow-ups, and customer communications to keep everything moving smooth.

Qualifications
•Proficient in English with strong communication skills
•Experience in customer support and client services
•Excellent phone etiquette and data entry abilities
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
•Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling
•Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
•Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
