Customer Service Representative

We are well known for our white-glove customer service, educating our clients.

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative, who is customer service oriented. Our Representative is the First Face and Voice our clients will encounter, it is essential that they help clients feel informed and well taken care of.

The ideal candidate would be friendly and comfortable greeting clients, answering & returning phone calls, working with clients and taking detailed job notes as we gather job information. Must be able to work independently when not assisting with team projects; be self-motivated, possess excellent customer service, communication skills, be detail-oriented, and organized.

This job will also require a knowledge of stone and countertops, which can all be taught to you on the job. Construction a plus but not required.

Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
