We have two locations. This position is an in-person role at 474 Riverside Industrial Parkway in Portland

The Customer Service Representative- HVAC Division is responsible for:

- Schedules and dispatches technicians to appropriate locations based on customer requests and immediate needs.

- Relays information such as work order details to and from technicians.

- Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or materials.

- Prepares and processes work orders for technicians and the service team.

- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, and other pertinent information.

- Monitor personnel throughout the day in order to coordinate and schedule other services.

- Operates and manages a multi-line telephone console system.

- Oversees the daily activities of technicians and is the first point of contact to provide guidance.

- Maintains customer expectations of on-time service calls.

- Creates cost efficient routes and safe routes for technicians.

- Capable of creating last-minute scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.

- Accuracy in billing and invoicing customers on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Educational and experience requirements include minimum High school diploma or GED.

- Three or more years’ experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Service department coordinating experience within the heating oil and/or propane industry preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment.

- A pleasant and professional demeanor with the ability to multi-task.

- Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
