Are you looking to work with a local company? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative with Accounts Payable experience to join our team.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a busy, multifaceted position that requires a dynamic personality to manage day-to-day front office activities. The CSR also works in conjunction with the Service Department and the Delivery Drivers to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Answering multiple phone lines and handling customer requests.

- First line of support for customer needs.

- Adhere to assigned schedules and perform required tasks.

- Problem-solve and resolve customer issues.

- Take orders, perform data entry, and greet walk-in customers.

- Provide quotes and assist with customer installations and service work.

- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Back Office Software is required.

- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma / GED

- Communication skills.

- Ability to work and interact well with others.

- Ability to resolve customer issues while remaining professional and calm.

- Detail-oriented and able to focus in a fast-paced environment.

- Bilingual is not a requirement, but it is an advantage.
