We’re looking for a Sales Customer Service Representative
who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results. In this role, you’ll manage a defined territory, develop strong client connections, and serve as the go-to expert for our products and services.
You’ll combine customer service excellence with strategic sales execution — from identifying new opportunities to walking job sites, preparing quotes, and ensuring customers get the solutions they need.
- Develop and execute sales strategies within your assigned territory.
- Help customers select the right products and services based on their needs and industry standards.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and conduct in-person visits or product demos.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and bids.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Parts, Service, Sales, Accounting) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- 2–3 years of
sales experience
, ideally in material handling, supply chain, or industrial products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- A self-motivated, organized, and professional approach — with the ability to work independently.
- A clean and current driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory (some overnight travel may be required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
