Customer Service Specialist - HVAC Schedule Coordinator | $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Position Overview: This role serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
- Working in an office and warehouse setting
- Answering Incoming calls
- Scheduling annual maintenance calls
- Scheduling sales appointments
- Dispatching technicians
- Date entry for parts ordering and updating customer database information
- Inventory controlputting away parts shipments
- Receiving materials and checking serial numbers
- Supporting field techs by occasionally delivering parts
- Must be able to climb on ladder
- Casual work environment, jeans, and closed-toe shoes- 3 + years related experience in an office setting of customer service, dispatching, schedule coordinating, or combination of experience and education
- Stellar customer service skills
- Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
- Experience with MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, and Excel
- CRM Data base experience
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
