Customer Service Representative Open Position – Fuel Oil and/or Propane Experience A PLUS!
Job Description: Interact with customers by telephone, email or in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Leahy’s Fuels is seeking a Customer Service Representative! We are currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled customer service multi-tasker! Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. Ideal candidate will be available for full-time employment, Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, be an accomplished listener, quick learner and team player.
Key responsibilities - Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion - Manage incoming telephone calls as part of a team – Handle in-person customer inquiries as trained to – Data collection, process payments, complete essential forms and paperwork and any other administrative tasks delegated as needed.
- High School diploma, preferred general education degree or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to type
- Strong Math Skills
- Numeric, oral and written language applications
- Experience in the fuel oil and or/propane industry a plus or strong willingness to learn & develop
