About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, people-first Customer Service Representative to help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction ends with a positive experience.
- Respond to customers by phone, and chat face to face with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Resolve complaints and follow through to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, applications, and account updates accurately
- Share clear, helpful product/service information
- Flag and escalate urgent or complex issues when needed
- Document interactions and maintain organized records
- Surface customer insights and recommendations to the team
- Strong communication skills
- Accurate typing/data entry and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm, customer-centric approach
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- English fluency; Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Comfort with basic computer systems and multitasking
- Upselling experience is a bonus
