Job Description to include but not limited to:
· Manage 75 + number of incoming calls, outbound as needed.
· Create daily work orders | closing work orders.
· Manage and Maintain information on customer accounts.
· Record details of customer inquiries, comments and complaints.
· Working with our Operations team daily regarding service-related needs.
Responsibilities to Include, but not limited to:
· Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude towards customers and co-workers.
· Demonstrate courtesy / friendliness / politeness, at all times.
· Acknowledging customer situations, providing resolution on resolving those concerns.
· Follow up on customer inquiries, problems and escalated situations.
· Assigned and various duties based on business needs.
· Able to learn software program quickly, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet skills.
· Proficient in time management, capable of working independently.
