Customer Service Manager
Think Utility Services, Inc. is a nationally recognized multifamily, sub-metering and utility billing provider with headquarters in Clearwater, FL. Our customer service team has an industry leading 4.7 Google rating. We are looking for an experienced, upbeat and innovative manager to lead that team.
Key Objectives and Tasks:
· On-boarding and training new customer service representatives
· Initiating and overseeing new employee training
· Providing continuing training for all team members
· Working with and ensuring the team meets Google rating targets
· Overseeing CSR commission program
· Taking and resolving escalated calls
· Following up with disaffected customers with the goal of making them satisfied clients
· Supporting the customer service team members to ensure they are successful
· Producing customer service reports for management
· Updating customer service training material
· Reviewing and recommending customer service policies and procedures
Qualifications
•Management experience leading a customer service team
•Strong writing skills (grammatically correct)
•Basic computer skills including use of Word and Outlook.
•Basic Excel knowledge is required to include simple formulas, formatting, and basic functions.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments at one time
•Capable of developing and maintaining relationships with management
•Effective time management
•Ability to prioritize and delegate work assignments
•Can develop a fundamental knowledge of company services
•Demonstrated ability to manage inter-department relationships with all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $44,500 – $48,500 annually
