With a direct reporting relationship to the Administrative Manager, the Service Billing CSR is responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of the Division’s service billing and inventory control process. In a general description, the responsibilities of the position include recording the purchasing, sales and corresponding inventory levels of the division’s Service product inventories. The incumbent is also responsible for providing work that is accurate and timely, whether through the company’s operating system, meeting bank timelines for end-of-month compliance, duties performed with internal or external financial teams or other work as may be assigned. The responsibility of the position also extends to secondary customer support as may be required.
Consistent high level of internal control, value and trust through:
- Develops, documents, implements and monitors effective internal processes around service product inventory (with cross functional team support)
- Performs the daily posting of parts purchasing bill of lading and invoices
- Insures physical reporting of inventory for plants and vans as required for monthly cycle counts and annual audit purposes.
- Develops an awareness of unusual inventory variances, and reacts accordingly
- Introduces new procedures to ensure tighter controls
- Responds timely and effectively to internal issues
- Provides point of contact for both internal and external customers
- Supports other month end activity as may be needed
- Supports our primary customer advocate positions as may be required
- Perform duties of CSR as needed
