This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in East Falmouth, MA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, addressing service issues, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs.
