The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory and billing for streetlight, non-roadway lighting, and other unmetered accounts, as well as professional communication with both internal and external customers regarding billing concerns. The candidate will assist in compiling special reports and cross departmental collaboration with other departments, as well as ensuring proper record-keeping of official requests from external customers. Additionally, the individual will complete daily billing workflows and reports, work closely with field technicians on asset controller issues, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. The ability to review both metered and unmetered accounts is essential for addressing questions from technicians and external customers effectively.

- Education requirement: High school or GED.
- Work Experience: At least six months' experience in utilizing administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment.
- Note: Billing experience working for a utility within the Texas market is strongly preferred
- Physical demand level is Sedentary
- This position will report to Home Office in Corpus Christi.
- Must possess the ability to organize data and processes and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and 10-key calculator.
- Must be able to travel up to 15% to attend meetings, training, and other company requirements.
- Must be available to work overtime during excessive workload times and/or during storm restorations.
