Customer Service Representative

River City Petroleum Inc. is a family-owned fuel distribution company serving the west for more than four decades. River City Petroleum Inc. is involved in distribution of both traditional fuels and renewable fuels as the energy landscape continues to evolve. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our Cardlock team that is focused on improving our customer experience, supporting sales, and some accounting functions. Join our team!

Desired skills include:

- Friendly, professional, and driven

- Ability to work on your own and with a team

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, i.e. basic spreadsheeting

- Detail oriented and comfortable with basic math

- Must be able to multi-task

- Have good organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Support sales team

- Troubleshoot customer inquiries both by phone and email

- Back-up to team members

- Producing fuel cards
