Job Overview:
As a Customer Care Specialist at our meter reading services company, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
•Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding meter readings, billing, and account-related questions.
•Assist customers in understanding their meter readings, consumption data, and billing statements.
•Resolve customer complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.
•Collaborate with field technicians and billing departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
•Identify and report recurring customer issues to management for process improvements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Basic understanding of meter reading processes and utility billing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.91 - $25.96 per hour
