Frog Creek Partners is growing, and we need someone who sees the story behind the spreadsheet. We're looking for a Cost Optimization & Procurement Lead who can turn project plans into accurate estimates, negotiate smarter deals with suppliers, and keep our operations lean as we scale across North America and beyond.
This is not a back-office role where numbers disappear into reports no one reads. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, own-the-outcome, make-every-dollar-count role. You'll be the person who ensures our Gutter Bin stormwater filtration systems get built and deployed on time, on budget, and with the right materials, so our field teams can focus on what they do best: removing pollution from storm drains and protecting waterways.
As we grow, you'll help build the systems and processes that make scaling possible. You'll have a seat at the table for project planning, influence over vendor relationships, and real accountability for how efficiently we operate. If you're energized by finding a better price, building a cleaner process, or spotting waste before it happens, read on.
