Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Recruiter with exceptional sourcing capabilities to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic talent acquisition professional with proven expertise in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across administrative, professional, and technical staff positions

- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with recruitment firms, educational institutions, and professional networks

- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to identify the most qualified talent

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise candidate requirements and organizational needs

- Extend job offers and coordinate candidate onboarding and relocation processes

- Manage and optimize the company's personnel advertising and recruitment marketing efforts

- Stay current with employment laws, staffing trends, and recruitment best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

Sourcing Expertise

- Advanced LinkedIn recruiting skills, including:

o Advanced search techniques

o Boolean search string creation

o Candidate pipeline development

o InMail and networking strategies

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates through multiple channels

- Expert-level talent identification and screening capabilities

Technical Competencies

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with HR information systems

- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Professional Capabilities

- Comprehensive understanding of staffing fundamentals

- In-depth knowledge of interviewing and candidate selection techniques

- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 7-10 years of professional recruiting experience

- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment

- Certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
