Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world’s largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.

The Role

You will work alongside leaders and stakeholders to achieve world-class performance in operations and maintenance through implementation of an operational reliability program. This will be done by coaching, coordinating and mentoring at all levels of the site to ensure key performance indicators (KPI’s) meet targeted objectives. You will lead the implementation of a site Master Plan, communicate progress and challenges to site steering team, develop and execute change management tactics, and recommended strategic changes based on observations and data.
