The Coordinator 1 is responsible for dispatching and scheduling Field Technicians to complete all service-related issues with equipment. The individual in this role is responsible for the training, development, and management of Field Techs, Tank Techs, Winch Truck Operators, and Swampers, as well as appraising their performance. The Coordinator also creates work tickets, tracks hours of service for field personnel, and ensures compliance with DOT regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Works with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others.
•Develops service schedules, fuel schedules, and coordinates deliveries and pickups.
•Schedules and dispatches Field Technicians to service, repair, and/or deliver/pickup equipment.
•Monitors hours of service for Field Technicians to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
•Tracks daily jobs, creates work tickets, and ensures submission to Admins for billing.
•Maintains branch inventory and keeps accurate counts of equipment on location.
•Ensures quality of service, and promptly addresses all complaints/issues.
•Tracks vehicle maintenance and monitors GPS events.
•Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
•Completes all monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.
•Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience
Required
•High School or GED equivalent, some college preferred.
•Must be at least 21 years of age and able to maintain insurability with Company insurance.
•Must have at least 1 year of previous dispatch or Field Technician experience.
•Knowledgeable with state and federal DOT laws.
•Must be comfortable in an environment that is occasionally high stress.
•Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities.
•Requires a high familiarity with products and services the Company offers.
•Ability to read, write, and speak English to the extent they understand verbal and written instructions in English.
•Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
