The Control Tower Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and tracking all vessel movements throughout C-Port 2/Port Fourchon, ensuring efficient and agile shipments within the Gulf of Mexico (GOM). This role involves close communication with vessels, monitoring standby times, managing voyage changes, and assisting with various logistical tasks.
Voyage Coordination:* Track vessel movements, notify parties of SIM-OP opportunities, and ensure accurate postings in Kabal. Standby Monitoring:* Monitor standby times at rigs and manage voyage changes for vessels in transit. Fuel, Water, and Methanol Requests:* Arrange and monitor all requests, ensuring timely delivery. Auditor Management:* Handle on/off charter soundings and below deck loadouts as needed. Customs Workbook:* Serve as the focal point for customs documentation. XPRT Creation:* Ensure vessel times and cost codes are correct.
Agile Shipments:* Facilitate agile shipments throughout the GOM, acting as the focal point for the Shell 48-hour vendor-to-vendor agile process. Communication:* Liaise with aviation focal points, GOM DC personnel, and other stakeholders to coordinate schedules and shipments. Reporting:* Update and distribute various reports, including vessel status, Fourchon utilization, performance review, and fuel reports.
