The following restrictions apply to all internship candidates:
- Applicants must be available for a non-negotiable start date of Wednesday May 6, 2026
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Applicants must have housing accommodations or transportation in Calgary, as Precision does notprovide internship housing.
- By May 4, 2026, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute (see job posting).
The Contracts Intern will follow the manager’s guidelines to provide a variety of office services and clerical tasks to support contract activities and facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing to draft a variety of contract documents and ensure on time delivery;
- Work collaboratively and take direction from the manager for inputs on contract documents;
- Provide advice and guidance to Sales & Marketing to ensure contracts, amendments, and renewals are approved and signed;
- Manage and maintain all contract related documentation;
- Create reports and statistical analysis for internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain, update and transfer contract data in CRM system in timely manner;
- Perform special projects as needed.
Capability to work independently and as a team player under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment;
Motivated university and college students with a strong desire to learn;
Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is an asset
